On Thursday, October 31, 2024, elementary students taped Mrs. Katus to the wall as a reward for earning Cowboy W.A.Y. blue slips. Students earning blue slips during the first quarter for following the Cowboy W.A.Y. received tape to assist in adhering her to the wall. Fourth grade, the class with the most blue slips per number of students, selected Mrs. Katus. While waiting, students and staff enjoyed board games and activities together.
