Last week the Animal Science class learned about the animal reproductive system. The students were fortunate to have Robin Salverson from SDSU Extension come with beef and gilts reproductive tracts. The students also practiced filling artificial insemination guns and handled bull semen.

The 4th-8th grade Math Meet teams participated in the 2024 Math Meet in Bowman on Wednesday, March 13. All students participated well and the following students and teams placed. In 5th grade, Earl placed 5th, Retro placed 4th, and the 5th grade team consisting of Ryzin, Earl, Retro, and Emma placed 3rd. In 8th grade. Sam placed 4th, Jaxon placed 1st, and the 8th grade team consisting of Trigg, Kaden, Jaxon, and Sam placed 1st. Great job Mathletes!

Lemmon FFA hosted a CDE contest today with over 600 student/advisors attending from surrounding districts. Thank you FFA Advisor Renae Gebhart for all the work you did to make this day a success.
