Monday
JH & JV Football will both play at 5:00 PM.
JH will play on the east end of the field.
JV will play on the west end of the field.
JH Volleyball Triangular (vs. Bison and McLaughlin)
Location: Armory Entrance: Doors 3 & 4
First Game: 4:30 PM, followed by a rolling schedule.

Friday Night
Football Parents Night will begin at 5:30 PM sharp.
Athletes will meet their parents in the stands.
Senior parents will meet their athletes on the track.
Future Cowboys Football participants will be announced before kickoff.

Monday
-We hosted our XC Meet/LMC in Lemmon, where several athletes earned individual accolades. The highlight of the day came as our Varsity Girls captured the Team LMC Championship! Full results for that event have already been posted.
Tuesday
-Our JH and JV Football teams faced Flasher but came up short in both contests.
-JH Volleyball team played tough in Scranton. The 7th-grade crew went 1-2, and 8th 8th-grade crew went 3-0.
-The High School Volleyball teams traveled to Elgin and delivered a clean sweep:
C Team: 2-1--JV: 2-1--Varsity: 3-0
Friday
-The XC crew was back in action at the meet in Philip, where our Varsity Girls claimed another team title!

The Varsity Football team fell to Timber Lake, 46–28.
Saturday
-Our C Volleyball team competed in Hettinger, finishing 1st in pool play before falling in the opening round of tournament play.
-The JH Volleyball team placed 3rd in the JHVB LMC Tournament in Faith. Our girls went 2-0 vs Dupree, 0-2 vs Bison, and 2-1 vs Newell.






The Department of Health is providing the opportunity for all students to receive a flu vaccine on Wednesday, October 15. Vaccine information and consent forms will be sent home in this week's K-5 Wednesday folder. It was a busy but exciting couple of days for the Cowboys and Cowgirls!
-On Friday, our Cross Country team competed in Rapid. You can follow the link for all results.

-Saturday- our junior high volleyball girls battled through 13 sets in Bowman, earning a 3rd-place finish. Our girls went 2-0 vs South Heart, 1-1 vs Dksn Trinity, 0-2 vs Hett/Scranton, 2-1 vs Rich/Taylor, 0-2 vs Dksn Trinity, and 2-0 vs Belfield
-Saturday, our varsity volleyball girls played in Timber Lake at the High School LMC Tourney. They defeated Bison and McIntosh before falling to Harding County. On the back side of the bracket, they rallied to beat Newell and re-entered the championship round. After taking the first set of 3 against Harding County, the Cowgirls ultimately fell in the deciding set, finishing as tournament runners-up. Several of our athletes were also recognized on the All-Conference Tournament Team!
Congratulations to all our crews on a busy and successful weekend! Buckle up, here comes another busy week!
