Congrats to our golfers today!!
Miss Hickman's English I class took a break from their novel study of Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief to bring the game of capturing the flag from the book's pages to real life. Mrs. Anderson's seventh grade PE class joined the game as "unkindly ones" to challenge and create obstacles in the four houses as they battle to win the champion title! Big thank you to all that participated in this fun activity for the hero's journey unit.
LHS Horticulture Class Plant Sale will follow the Music Concert tomorrow night-May 13. Everyone is invited to stop and pick up starter plants for their gardens. All proceeds will go toward the purchase of seeds, soil, etc for future classes.
The Spring Youth Internship class will be presenting their final projects today & tomorrow. The public is invited to view them between 3:00-3:45 each day in the HS Library.

Our last “Passions & Professions” for the school year was to Red Barn Bakery. They shared about the “ins and outs” of starting and running a business and shared incredible advice with the students! ❤️ “Don’t be afraid to try new things. Ask questions. Chase big dreams and work hard!”

NHS will hold their annual daisy sale TODAY, Friday, May 9. Stop by Boss Cowman Square on Main Street to purchase a daisy for someone special.
