On Monday, January 22, Mr. Heil attended the SD State VFW Convention luncheon to receive his 'South Dakota VFW Citizenship Education Teacher of the Year" award. Thank you Mr. Heil for all you do for your students and our school district!

The Lemmon School District is cancelling school & all afternoon/evening activities today, Thursday, Jan 18 due to powdery snowfall and expected temperature and windchill changes between 10 am and noon.
2 hour late start today, Thursday, Jan 18. No Breakfast will be served. Weather conditions will be monitored and any additional school notifications will be made by 8:00 AM this morning!
West River Cooperative Telephone Company and Grand Electric traveled to Lemmon Wednesday to speak to the Senior Internship Students.
Brooke Schecher, Andy Arthur, Tanner Johnson, Clayton Prelle shared the tasks involved in each of their jobs, information about scholarships, types of jobs in both cooperatives and internship opportunities.
